Dr. Sunitha Kshatriya is the Director of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center and Associate Professor of Management at the American University in Dubai. With over two decades of experience across academia and social innovation, she specializes in entrepreneurship education, curriculum design, and strategic leadership. Her work in women’s empowerment was internationally recognized with the Status of Women Canada Award (2012).

Dr. Sunitha Kshatriya is the Founder & Director at ATI Global and a global educator, innovation strategist, and ecosystem builder.
